Please ensure that you quote your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for return. If the item is faulty or damaged please ensure you return it within 7 days of receiving it and also provide an image of the fault.
Returns must be made in the original/undamaged packaging using recorded delivery with a debit note enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties and also not liable for the postage fee for return.
Once the items are received by us, the refund will be credited by the same method of payment with which you made the original payment. Unwanted goods cannot be exchanged, but if possible, it can be credited towards your next order at Affinity Wholesale.
Refunds can take between 7 – 14 working days to show in your account.
